If your device does not support PLNAR SNAP, you can do one of the following:

1) You can share the link with a family member or friend with a compatible device. They will be able to document the space using the PLNAR SNAP App on their device. Make sure to use the same link and project code from your original text message. This is the best option because it allows PLNAR to create a 3-D model of each room submitted that allows the insurance claim adjuster to perform a thorough analysis.

2) If option 1 is not feasible, you can also upload a picture only project. However, this will not allow the creation of a 3-D model for your adjuster. To upload a photo only project, return to your original text message and replace the hashtags at the end of this link with your project code https://portal.plnar.co/pic.html?token=#######.

This will take you to a web flow where you can create rooms and upload phone photos. Use your camera app and upload the photos.
