If this is your first time using the Plnar Snap app, take a moment to watch the video below that walks through the basic flow for room capture.

A few tips before capturing:

  • Brighten up the space by letting in as much light as possible.

  • It's just like taking photos, relax and let it focus.

  • Smooth and steady reduces blur and ensures great photo quality.

The Plnar Snap app's guided flow will walk you through taking photos of the floor corners (aka floor perimeter), the room details, any visible damage, the ceiling, and finally a 360° video of the room. Repeat this process in each affected room.

Once you've completed the capture flow in at least one room, you can add any additional photos you may already have on your device's photo gallery by clicking on the orange (+) button and selecting "Add Photos" to provide additional context.

And that's it! Review your project then tap on the orange "Submit Project" button when you're ready. Be sure to hang around for the confirmation page letting you know your project was successfully submitted.
