A policyholder can only submit additional rooms to their project when the project (token) is "enabled" or unlocked. A project is automatically locked when the user submits a project from the SNAP App. If a policyholder wants to modify an existing project that has already been submitted, follow the steps below to unlock the project.
Find the claim using the project number (SNP-XXXYYY) in the PLNAR Portal.
Click on the button indicated by the red arrow. This will open the Project Options window.
3. Unlock a project by clicking on the slider underneath "Token Link." A project will become unlocked when the slider shows green and says "Token link is enabled".
