Getting Started with PLNAR Portal

Sign-up for PLNAR SNAP

  • Create an account by filling out the form fields: First & Last Name, Email, Mobile, Business, & Password

  • Once entered, click Continue to proceed to plan selection.

  • Select the plan that best fits your needs (Starter is selected by default) & click Continue to proceed to the portal interface

Note on Company | Team Account Provisioning:
If your organization has already been provisioned in PLNAR, contact your PLNAR administrator or tommy@plnar.ai for additional assistance. You will be required to verify your email & set your password prior to Portal interface sign-in.

Starting a Claim

From the portal to start a new claim, click NEW PROJECT in the top right-hand corner, and fill in the project information, including your client's contact information. If you want to create a test project for yourself, all you need to do is fill in your own contact information.

Occasionally, a client won't respond, and you will want to resend the link to them. To do that you can click the gray arrow to the right side of the project under the main menu.

To resend the original notification to your client or new recipient, click the Gear Icon to open the Project Options window. From there, tap the Resend button, enter their contact information, and click send!
